TOMATO PRAWNS :
Ingredients :
10 Super Jumbo Prawns
6 flakes garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp Mangalore Chilli Masala powder
salt
tamrind paste
coconut oil
1 medium onion, minced
1 medium tomato, minced
Method :
1. Marinate the prawns in chilli powder, tamrind & salt for 1/2 an hr.
2. Heat oil in a kadai. Add onions, fry till pink. Add garlic then tomato. Cook till soft.
3. Add the marinated prawns, 1/ 2 cup water & cook till done.

Dried long red chillies - 100 gm
Coriander seeds - 7 1/2 tbsp
Jeera - 5 tsp
Peppercorns - 5 tsp
Methi seeds - 1 tsp
Haldi Powder - 3/4 tsp
Method:
1. Clean & remove the stalks of the chillies.
2. Roast a handful of chillies on a heavy bottomed pan over medium flame. The chillies must turn brown & crispy when you break them with your finger. Remove & follow the same procedure until all the chillies are roasted.
3. Roast rest of the ingredients seperately over slow flame.
4. Cool & powder in a mixie.
5. Sift using a metal sieve.
6. Stores in a airtight box upto one year.
