Ingredients:
100 gm - Dried Shrimps
½ Coconut, grated
8 garlic, crushed
¼ tsp Tamarind paste
Mangalore Chili Masala powder to taste
Salt to taste
Coconut oil, few drops

2. Sauté the shrimp over low flame adding only a few drops of oil. The shrimp becomes crispy and aroma of the shrimp comes out. Remove.
3. Fry the coconut, chilli powder & garlic over low flame. Cool.
